Sofia Andrewski BSYA (Veg. Th.): I decided to go vegetarian when I was just nine, thinking that 'vegans are really unhealthy'. Thankfully I realised the error of my ways, and soon converted to raw veganism. I am a Buddhist, a very spiritual type of person. I believe that its time for humans to make a positive impact for once on the world and everyone in it. Just so you know, I am of the low fat, high fruit mentality.I also have a diploma in Vegetarian and Vegan nutritional therapy at practioner level.
